Family Nurse Practitioner
Every child has dreams of what they want to be when they grow up. Tonya was no different…. and she always knew she wanted to be in healthcare. That’s why it came as no surprise, when at 18 years old, Tonya started working as a CNA. Her zest for learning and growing as a healthcare professional continued as she worked her way through a nursing degree and went on to become a Family Nurse Practitioner – a degree she received with honors. And while the knowledge she has accumulated is more than useful in helping patients achieve their highest level of health, we find her easygoing nature to be another invaluable asset. People feel comfortable talking with her, knowing they can expect honest, straightforward answers to their questions. Who doesn’t relate to a fellow chocolate lover (only eaten in moderation, of course)?!
